Over the last several months , staff has <br /> worked on the document assisted by the CFE 's Biological Resources Committee . <br /> Attached for your consideration is a sample of some of the work in progress . <br /> Included is a draft Outline showing the different sections of the proposed <br /> document, a draft set of Goals and Objectives , and a page from the draft Action <br /> Strategy .
