However, <br /> because an ozone monitor is not located in the County, local ozone concentrations can not be <br /> determined . Nor can the County determine the impact of ozone precursor emissions from <br /> adjacent geographical areas on air quality in the County. <br /> Due to the proposed lowering of the ozone standard and addition of the PM2 . 5 standard, <br /> ozone, nitrogen oxides , hydrocarbons , PM2 . 5 , and PM10 are most likely to be the pollutants of <br /> greatest concern to the County in the coming years . Carbon monoxide is no longer of great <br /> concern .
