Thanks also to all of you who took the time to fill out evaluation forms . All of your comments are being shared with the Forum Steering Committee and will be used to help guide future endeavors . We are now working to integrate the work of the Discussion Groups into a first draft of the Report . Our plan is to ask the members of each Discussion Group ( including the facilitator and resource people ) to review their section for any inaccuracies and /or omissions . That draft will be sent out in approximately two weeks . We will incorporate the comments we receive into the final version , which will be sent to all of you in both electronic and hard copy . In addition , we are planning to establish an electronic mechanism for all delegates and other interested people to continue the dialogue on the Discussion Group topics after the Report is distributed . We recognize the desire many of you had to participate in more than one Discussion Group at the Forum . An electronic mechanism will provide a venue for you to add your thoughts and ideas on other topics beside those your Discussion Group addressed , as well as for continuing the exchange of ideas among Discussion Group members . We will notify you once the details of that mechanism are worked out . In the meantime , we want to provide you with a number of documents that have been requested . Attached are : • A copy of Linda Fisher' s keynote speech , delivered at the beginning of the Forum . • A list of discussion group participants with their emails , to help facilitate on - going communication of group members . • A copy of the press release that was distributed to the media after the Forum . • A copy of the Resolution that was presented during Saturday' s closing session .
