Current regulations will also be considered as <br /> part of this revr" ew. Comprehensive Planning Process . Table 2 : Comprehensive Plan Land Use Element <br /> Tentative Process and Schedule illustrates the proposed Ccmprehensrve Planning <br /> Pros . In addition to the CPLUC , the process may include Smail Area Planning <br /> Committees (SAPG ) . These groups would provide additional feedback about the vanous <br /> growth management tools and their applIcab11ity within spewcif'Ic areas of tha County from <br /> citizens luring there . In order to do this , the Planning Staff divided the County into 8 sub= <br /> areas based upon watershed , residenfial density , and utlllty services . These factors were <br /> chosen because of their influence on the BCCC ' s goals. Watershed areas $ re direcdy <br /> related to environmantal stewardship ; the presence of Witles avid infrastructure is vital to <br /> the caanomic fabric of an area ; and the residential density of a community greatly <br /> Influences its character, <br />
