This actve recruitment is designed to ensure that the perspectives of all interest groups in the county are considered in developing the plan . Input from such Stakeholders may be provided by attending the public meetings , by submitting comments to staff by phone 245w2575 or email Tternpia co . orange . nc . us or through the Planning Web Site at co . orange . nc , us/planningleomp . htm , COMPREHENSIVE PLAN LAND USE COMMITTEE SUPPORT TEAM The working relationships of the participants in the planning process for the OPLUC are listed below and shown in Table 1 : Orange County Comprehensive Plan Land Use Committee Organization~ and Management . 1 , Staff from County Depar ments . The Orange County Planning and Inspectlons Department , Comprehensive Planning . Division , shall take the lead in coordinating the support team for the actlultles cf the CPLUC . The Cornpr�ehen� siwe Planning Supervisor will rive assistsince from the departments of Economic Development , Environment and Resource Conservation ( E & RCD ) , Environmental Health , County Engineer , and other staff as appropriate . The support team shall be r�eaponsible for the techr� il and administrative aspects of the CPLUC ' s work . Technical work may involve conducting fieldwork , data gathering and information sharing . Administrative work may involve securing meeting places , maintaining mailing lists , and distributing draft reports , nc ic�= s , and agendas , 2 . Other Agencies . In addition to the Orange County staff, technical support may be obtained from municipal , regional , and state agencies . Municipal staff ms►y be called upon , for example , to eva4u ;ate how certain policies or actions can be handled within the budgetary , administrative , or technical framework of their pat'ticular local government Specialized staff may work dlractly as park of the staff suppo t team as necessary .
