BACKGROUND : This item was requested by the BOCC at their June 4 , 2902 meeting . Attachment 1 , Comprehensive Kan Land Use Committee Members lists the 9 Committee mambers and 7 aftemates appointed by the Board of County Commisaioners at their May 211 Meeting , The list also includes the relevant staff that will be supporting the CPLUC . Attachment 2 : Comprehensive Rlart Land Use Corfu ifte Handbook Draft expleins the charge and parameters of the CPLUC .for the Committee marnbers . In addition , the handbook offers some thoughts and guidelines on the Committee MambArs ' roles and responsibilities . Attachment 3 : Comprehensive Flan Land Use Committee FrratMeeting Draft Agenda identifies the basic outline and structure of the fiat CPLUC meeting , This includes what topics and areas will be covered as well as the staff responsible for each Portman of the rneebrig . Attachment 4 : CPLUC Draft Presentation Guffine highlights the current land use conditions , countywide development treads , and demographic changes that will be oovered in the first CPLUC meeting . All information , including meeting agendas , provided by staff to the CPLUC as well as all work produce and comments from the CPLUC will be forwarded to the BCCC . FINANCIAL IMPACT : done at this time . R=ECO'MMENDATION (S) : The Manager recommends that the Board discuss and confirm the charge and parameters of the Comprehensive Plan Land Use Committee .
