J:_ . . . . : <br /> Executive Committee <br /> The Executive Committee will work with all the normal University structures and with <br /> the Carolina North Advisory Committee to accomplish its objectives . <br /> The decision making body for major policy issues on Carolina North is an Executive <br /> Committee with the following members : <br /> * James Moeser, Chancellor * Tim Burnett, Trustee <br /> * Robert Shelton , Provost and Executive Vice * Paul Fulton , Trustee <br /> Chancellor * David. Pardue , Trustee <br /> * Nancy Suttenfield , Vice Chancellor for Finance <br /> and Administration <br /> * Tony Waldrop , Vice Chancellor for Research <br /> and Economic Development <br /> Advisory Committee and Advisory Groups <br /> Accordingly , the following " charges " to the Carolina North Advisory Committee and <br /> its Advisory Groups are designed to provide an efficient and comprehensive means of <br /> gaining input and productive discussion . As a committee of the whole , the charge of <br /> the Carolina North Advisory Committee is to : <br /> * Facilitate the work of its Advisory Groups . <br /> * Plan and conduct plenary session meetings to hear and discuss advisory <br /> reports from the Advisory Groups <br /> * Convey advisory opinions to the Executive Committee via Vice Chancellor <br /> Waldrop <br /> * The Vice Chancellor for Research & Economic Development and Associate <br /> Vice Chancellor for Economic Development will be ex officio members of each <br /> Advisory Group . <br /> 3of10 <br />
