Call to Order <br /> Crisler called meeting to order at 7 : 30 p . m . <br /> II . Additions to the Agenda <br /> There were no additions to the agenda . <br /> III . Approval of Minutes ( January 13 , February 10 ) <br /> Crisler added that at the February meeting the CfE discussed alternating future <br /> environmental summit meetings between Chapel Hill and Hillsborough locations . <br /> She asked that it be added to the minutes . <br /> MOTION : Wachholz motioned approval of January 13 , 2003 and February 10 , <br /> 2003 minutes with the noted addition . Seconded by Pratt . <br /> VOTE : Unanimous . <br /> IV . March 29 Environmental Summit Final Plans <br /> Stancil distributed an updated agenda for the summit with the addition of <br /> Commissioner Alice Gordon who will highlight some of the achievements that <br /> Orange County has made in the environmental area . He noted that the keynote <br /> speaker would be Reid Wilson , new executive director of Conservation Trust for <br /> North Carolina . Stancil noted that Bill Holman was unable to attend . The location <br /> is confirmed as the Totten Center at the NC Botanical Garden in Chapel Hill . Crisler <br /> asked Stancil to email the final agenda to CfE members so they could send it out to <br /> their colleagues and organizations . <br /> Members discussed the agenda and made the following suggestions . <br /> • Room reserved for 9 : 00 a . m . to allow for set up <br /> • Plan on having light refreshments for 150 people <br /> • Nametags should be available for people to write their own names <br /> Page 1 of 4 <br /> Draft March 10 , 2003 <br />
