The state should maintain its <br /> funding to support the county administration of these <br /> programs , especially since this is one of the few <br /> sources of state funds in any of the operational costs <br /> of the local Social Services programs . Last year , the <br /> Orange County portion of this fund was reduced from <br /> $ 69 , 603 to $ 58 , 851 .
