Conclusions <br /> Based on information available to the group , the Open Space Task Force believes that the <br /> projects cited in this report reflect a reasonable assessment of open space needs through <br /> the year 2010 . The Task Force hopes that the Board finds this report helpful in <br /> identifying the many different parks and open space needs that exist , and that it <br /> engenders discussion of how to make these important needs a reality . <br /> I . Recommended Actions <br /> The Open Space Task Force recommends that the Board of County Commissioners : <br /> 1 . Discuss the Preliminary Report and provide comments <br /> 2 . Approve the Executive Summary of the report, and forward it along with <br /> Tables 1 and 2 , the "Joint Parks Guidelines and Criteria " and the "Policy <br /> Statement Regarding the Expenditure of County Bond Funds for Parks <br /> and Open Space" to the Capital Needs Advisory Task Force <br /> 3 .
