Lee and Moore ) , These documents am attached <br /> as Exhibit A . <br /> Piedmont Authority for Regional Transportation ( PART) proposes an RPO for counties <br /> within NCDOT Divisions where PART operates , PART would aot as Lead Planning <br /> Agenoy . Counties in the RPO could include Rockingham , Caswell , Alamanre , <br /> Davidson , FRandc 1ph and Orange . <br /> Orange County cKjuld36an an FPO with adjacent counties not alre2dy committed to <br /> another RPO arrangement , Alamance , Caswell and Chatham Counties are adjacent <br /> oounties khat have not yet made a decision regarding the RPO program .
