Craig Benedict , AICP , Planning Director , presented the following at the Retreat : <br /> • Review of information studied by the CPLUC over the past 9 months <br /> • General recommendation that 5 Growth Management Tools ( GMTs ) be <br /> considered further <br /> • General description of each tool ( See attached summary sheet ) <br /> Following the presentation , there was open discussion regarding the process in which <br /> the GMTs should be considered by the BOCC and conveyed to the citizens of the <br /> County .
