A cost proposal was <br />solicited from Reece Noland McElrath (RNM) to design the electrical system to carry out this <br />work. As the Board may recall, Reece Noland McElrath was the electrical engineering firm that <br />was asub-consultant for Corley Redfoot Zack in the design of the Smith Middle School, thereby <br />giving them an existent working knowledge of the site and issues that surround the field lighting. <br />More recently, RNM provided the design services for the HVAC replacement at the Whitted <br />Building. <br />The cost proposal provides a design fee of $18,550 far the Smith Middle School Project and <br />$19,550 for Efland Cheeks Park -Phase II, <br />RNM estimates that construction documents will be completed within six to eight weeks after <br />contract approvah <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: Bath projects are funded through the 2001 Parks and Open Space <br />Bond, with $250,000 currently allocated to each project. <br />
