LTNC Hospitals agrees to provide financial support for the Healthy Carolinians <br />C..oordinator in an amount not to exceed $10,992.00, payable within thirty (.30) days of <br />ZINC Hospitals' receipt of an invoice from the Orange C..ounty Health Department. <br />3. This agreement shall become effective,July 1, 2004 and continue in effect through June <br />30, 2005. <br />4. This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties and shall not be altered, <br />amended or modified, except by an agreement in writing, executed by the duly <br />authorized officials of both parties. <br />5.
