The group would consist <br /> of County officials , court officials and representatives of the Bar Association , as <br /> well as Town of Chapel Hill representatives . The group should strive to bring <br /> resolution to the Franklin Street Post Office facility , as well as to consider <br /> bringing ancillary services out of leased space at some point in the future . <br /> A recommendation from the task group should be targeted for the end of fiscal <br /> year 2005 - 2006 . Although no funding for future Court facilities is currently <br /> programmed into the County' s debt schedule for the foreseeable future , the <br /> County ' s 2005 = 2015 CIP should contain a placeholder for design/planning money <br /> in the latter years of the Plan , pending resolution about the reality timeline to be <br /> determined by the task group . <br /> 54 <br />
