In addition , to meet service <br /> demands in southern Orange , an intake unit of seven people was moved to the <br /> SHSC in 2004 . While the child welfare cases have somewhat stabilized within <br /> the recent past , clients seeking public assistance have seen major increases , <br /> predictable in view of the economy . For example , the number of food stamp <br /> cases per month has risen 60% from 1471 cases per month in FY2000-2001 to <br /> 2350 cases per month in FY 2003 -2004 ; and the numbers have continued to <br /> increase in FY 2004 -2005 . <br /> 43 <br />
