It will automatically expire 12 <br /> months(May 12,2004)from the date of approval if the use has not commenced or <br /> construction has not commenced or proceeded unless a timely application for <br /> extension of this time limit is approved by the Board of Commissioners as provided <br /> in 8.4.11 of the Orange County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> 3. Building plans for all animal rehabilitation facilities shall be reviewed and approved <br /> by the Director of Orange County Animal Control prior to issuance of any building <br /> permits. <br /> 4. A sign clearly visible from the ground shall be posted at the main entrance to the <br /> facility and shall contain the names,addresses, and telephone numbers where persons <br /> responsible for the animal rehabilitation facilities may be contacted at any hourof day <br /> or night. The sign shall comply with dimensional requirements as set forth in Section <br /> 9.11 of the Orange County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> S. Where required by the Orange County Animal Control Ordinance a Class II Kennel <br /> Permit shall be obtained from the Orange County Department of Animal Control <br /> within the first 30 days of occupancy.Failure to obtain and maintain a valid Class H <br /> Kennel Permit or other related permits which may be required by the USDA or <br /> Wildlife Resources Commission will result in the revocation of the Special Use <br /> Permit. <br /> All terms and conditions contained in the Special Use Permit for the Premises approved February <br /> 8, 1993 and modified November 11, 1996 by the Orange County Board of Adjustment not <br /> modified by this Special Use Permit are in full force and effect. <br /> 387 <br /> 3 <br />
