The modification <br /> to permit the Piedmont Wildlife Center to use three existing sites on the property for the <br /> rehabilitation of birds,small mammals and reptiles was approved on May 12,2003. The <br /> property subject to the Special Use Permit modification is described above and shown on the Site <br /> Plan by Charles P. Hinnant,dated July 1990 and last revised February 28,2003, The Piedmont <br /> Wildlife Center will use three existing sites on the property for the rehabilitation of birds,small <br /> mammals and reptiles. The terms herein contained are binding on the present owners and lessees <br /> and their successors in title and in interest until such time as the project herein described or the <br /> conditions herein are otherwise changed by government action. <br /> The managing and harvesting operations and all other site improvements shall be carried out or <br /> constructed in accordance with the Site Plan dated July 1990 and last revised February 28,2003 <br /> and all commitments shall be as contained in the narrative statement of the project all of which <br /> are incorporated herein and made a part of this Special Use Permit. Copies of the final site plan <br /> and supporting documentation are on file in the Orange County Planning and Inspections <br /> Department. Except as detailed on the Site Plan,the property will remain and be maintained in <br /> its natural wooded condition, The conditions of approval are as follows: <br /> 1.
