5. To promote the public health, safety and general welfare as required in Section <br /> 5.3.2 (A) (2) (a), to ensure adjacent property values are maintained or enhanced as <br /> required in Section 5.3.2 (A) (2) (b), and to ensure the proposed use is in harmony <br /> with the general area as required in Section 5.3.2 (A) (2) (c) of the UDO, existing <br /> vegetation within 100' of the property boundary (excluding property frontages along <br /> public rights-of-way ) will remain undisturbed. <br /> 6. To promote the public health, safety and general welfare as required in Section <br /> 5.3.2 (A) (2) (a), to ensure adjacent property values are maintained or enhanced as <br /> required in Section 5.3.2 (A) (2) (b), and to ensure the proposed use is in harmony <br /> with the general area as required in Section 5.3.2 (A) (2) (c) of the UDO, no amplified <br /> sound will be permitted on-site between the hours of 12:OOam — 7:OOam. <br /> 7. To promote the public health, safety and general welfare as required in Section <br /> 5.3.2 (A) (2) (a), to ensure adjacent property values are maintained or enhanced as <br /> required in Section 5.3.2 (A) (2) (b), a n d permitted by Orange County Environmental <br /> Health, the existing audible Low Pressure alarm associated with the septic system will be <br /> replaced with a SMS/MMS notification system. <br /> 8. Per Section 2.5 of the UDO the applicant shall obtain all necessary and applicable <br /> permits from the County associated with the development of the property consistent with <br /> the approved Special Use Permit, including but not limited to: <br /> a. Building/ Solid Waste Management Permit, <br /> b. Environmental Health Permit, <br /> c. Erosion Control Management Permit, <br /> d. Stormwater Permit, and <br /> e. Zoning Compliance Permit. <br /> 9. In accordance with the provisions of Section 2.7.12 (C) of the LIDO, if any condition of <br /> this Special Use Permit shall be held invalid or void, then this Special Use Permit shall be <br /> void in its entirety and of no effect. <br /> 10. In accordance with the provisions of Section 2.7.12 (D) of the UDO, the Special Use <br /> Permit will automatically expire within 12 months from the date of approval if the use has <br /> not commenced or construction has not commenced or proceeded unless a timely <br /> application for extension of this time limit is approved by the Board of Adjustment. <br /> 384 <br />
