The location and character of the Section 5.3.2 Application package as contained Yes <br /> use, if developed according to the (A) (2) (c) in Attachment 2 inclusive including, <br /> plan submitted, (will /will not) be in but not limited to: <br /> harmony with the area in which it is - Narrative; <br /> to be located and the use is in - Environmental Assessment <br /> compliance with the plan for the (EA) Application; and <br /> physical development of the County - Site Plan; <br /> as embodied in these regulations or - Site Assessment <br /> in the Comprehensive Plan, or (Attachment 1); and <br /> portion thereof, adopted by the Board - Staff review comments <br /> of County Commissioners. (Attachment 4). <br /> Based on the above findings, <br /> Applicant's Narrative, and Staff's <br /> report, the Board finds the location <br /> and nature of the use, if developed <br /> according to the plan submitted, <br /> will be in harmony with the area in <br /> which it is to be located and the <br /> use is in compliance with the plan <br /> for the physical development of the <br /> County, as embodied in these <br /> regulations and in the <br /> Comprehensive Plan. <br /> 382 <br />
