Maliett <br /> Subject: Visiting Pastor's Retreat Cottage at Chestnut Ridge Camp. ❑C permit #CB18-01757 <br /> Mike Porco, <br /> I went to check with Planning to see if there was an approved up-dated site plan for the Chestnut Ridge Camp, based on the <br /> proposed new 20 year projected capital improvements plan. I discovered that the Site Plan had not yet been approved,the <br /> Special Use Permit(SUP)for the Camp had not yet been reviewed to see if the proposed improvements Plan was compatible <br /> with the original SUP, nor was there an updated storm water and erosion control plan established for the camp property. I <br /> understand that these issues need to be resolved prior to any permit issuance. <br /> An additional item that I failed to put in the 1" Plans Review is that I will need a description of the building usage for the visiting <br /> pastors cottage. I will need the Camp administration to declare how often the cottage will be occupied and by whom.
