11 . Each Party is solely responsible for complying, and ensuring its Authorized Users <br /> and Medical Providers comply, with all laws that may now or in the future govern the gathering, <br /> transmission, processing, use , receipt, reporting , disclosure , maintenance and storage of <br /> Protected Health Information, including without limitation HIPAA . Each Party shall obtain and <br /> maintain consents and/or authorizations for releases and disclosure of such information, in any <br /> medium, as necessary to comply with all applicable federal and state laws , including but not <br /> limited to HIPAA . <br /> Exhibit B - 6 <br />
