Also provided are resumes and a description of the <br />roles of each staff person. The Project Approach section describes the Local Action Plan <br />development process IES is proposing. The later part of the submission contains the <br />project Timeline, Gantt Chart outlining the specific tasks, and a proposed Budget,. <br />2.1 Project Approach <br />The proposed approached for the completion of a,joint GHG Inventory and Local Action <br />Plan for Carborro, Chapel Hill and Orange County will fall into six phases. Each phase is <br />described in detail below. <br />Phase I —Project Start -Up <br />Key staff from each municipality with be brought together to form the Regional <br />Inventory /Action Plan Working Group. Municipal representatives will be comprised of <br />staff from each department that have an influence over energy consumption within the <br />Town, i.e.: facilities, fleets. These staff'will be key data providers for the inventory and <br />measures quantification. Community representatives will be comprised of people from <br />the community that have an influence over residential, commercial and industrial energy <br />consumption, transportation patterns and waste disposal, i.e. public utilities, gr ass <br />organisations, public transit. IES will collaborate with the main staff contact for this <br />project in establishing a list of potential Working Group members. Once the Working <br />Groups are established, a kick -off meeting will be held to review and confirm the project <br />details and begin the data collection phase of the project, <br />
