Subject to Paragraph 5. above, the most we will pay under Coverage G. Contractors Errors and <br /> Omissions for damage in any one-policy period, regardless of the number of insureds, claims or"suits" <br /> brought, or persons or organizations making claim or bringing"suits"is$10,000. <br /> For errors in contractor job specifications or in recommendations of products or materials to be used, this <br /> policy will not pay for additional costs of products and materials to be used that would not have beer <br /> incurred had the correct recommendations or specifications been made. <br /> 9. Paragraph 12. is added as follows; <br /> 12. The General Aggregate limit applies separately to: <br /> a. Each of your projects away from premises owned by or rented to you; or <br /> b. Each"location" owned by or rented to you. <br /> "Location"as used in this paragraph means premises involving the same or connecting lots, or premises <br /> whose connection is interrupted only by a street, roadway, waterway or right-of-way of a railroad. <br /> 10. Paragraph 13. is added as follows: <br /> 13. With respect to the insurance afforded to any additional insured provided overage under this <br /> endorsement. <br /> If coverage provided to the additional insured is required by a contract or agreement,the most we will pay <br /> on behalf of the additional insured is the amount of insurance: <br /> a. Required by the contract or agreement; or <br /> b. Available under the applicable Limits of Insurance shown in the Declarations; <br /> whichever is less. <br /> This endorsement shall not increase the applicable Limits of insurance shown in the Declarations. <br /> SECTION IV—COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY CONDITIONS is amended as follows: <br /> 1. Subparagraph 2.a.of Duties In The Event Of Occurrence,Offense, Claim,or Suit is replaced with the <br /> following: <br /> a. You must see to it that we are notified as soon as practicable of an"occurrence' or an offense which may <br /> result in a claim.
