The assumptions below provide the basis for these costs. <br /> Additional ProcurementSupport <br /> Proposed Cost <br /> 1. Vendor Pre-Bid Meeting Support, including one day onsite $2,830 <br /> 2. Vendor RFIs and Addenda Support $1,040 <br /> 3. Vendor BAFO Presentation Support, including two days onsite $6,630 <br /> 4. Contract Negotiations Support, including three days onsite $6,000 <br /> Total for Optional Procurement Services: $16,500 <br /> 1.2 Basis of our Proposal <br /> 1. Vendor Pre-Bid Meeting: FE will assist in preparing the agenda for the vendor pre-bid <br /> meeting. One FE senior consultant will attend the meeting and help lead the meeting. <br /> 2. Vendor Questions and RFP Addenda: FE will support the County in reviewing questions <br /> submitted by vendors. Working with the procurement manager, our senior consultant will <br /> respond to any technical questions and assist the County in drafting the addendum to <br /> vendors. <br /> 3. Vendor BAFO Presentations: FE will support the County in preparing the agenda and <br /> coordinating with the short-listed vendors for the best and final presentations to be held at <br /> the County's offices over two consecutive days. One FE senior consultant will attend the <br /> presentations, support the technical discussion with the vendor, participate in County <br /> discussion following the presentations, and provide written notes and technical observations. <br /> 4. Contract Negotiations: The level of effort for contract negotiation support can vary greatly <br /> depending upon the winning system vendor and the County's procurement practices. FE will <br /> review the vendor contract and provide one senior consultant for 16 hours of <br /> teleconferenced negotiation support to the County during the vendor contract negotiation <br /> process. If additional hours or on-site support are required, a mutually agreeable <br /> amendment to the scope of work will be executed by both parties. <br /> 5. Invoicing will occur at the completion of each of the above tasks. <br /> 6. FE's ability to fulfill this task depends, in part, on the willingness and ability of the Orange <br /> County, County participants, equipment vendors, service providers, third parties, and others <br /> to provide information in a timely manner, and upon the accuracy of the information as <br /> Copyright Protected Do Not Duplicate 1 �, <br />
