A summary of personnel costs should <br /> accompany the cost proposal. Other Direct Costs (ODC) should include travel, lodging, and <br /> meals, printing, postage, and other non-personnel/sub-contract costs associated with <br /> completing this project. A summary of ODC costs should accompany the cost proposal. <br /> Two (2) copies of the cost proposal should be submitted in a separate envelope with the <br /> written proposal.
