Criteria to be used for vendor selection. Feasible P25 design <br /> Adequate coverage and <br /> FE will work with the County to develop evaluation criteria for determining capacity <br /> vendor qualifications and capabilities, compliance with functional/technical Sites proposed—paying <br /> specific attention to any <br /> specifications, and any other evaluation factors. This will include criteria for new sites <br /> assessing and comparing the cost of vendor proposals. Recommended training requirements for the new communications system <br /> The RFP that FE develops for Orange County will include requirements for the selected vendor to <br /> provide training for multiple audiences. Typically vendors are required to provide training in the <br /> following subject matter areas: <br /> • End user training <br /> • System administrator training <br /> • System maintenance training <br /> FE will review the vendors training plans submitted with their proposals, and will provide the County <br /> with recommendations for modification if needed. <br /> 3.2.15 Optional Tasks <br /> FE offers the following options for consideration. These options are not priced in this proposal; <br /> however, pricing can be provided upon County request. <br /> Radio System Vendor Contract Negotiations—FE can provide the County with experienced <br /> contract negotiations support.
