FE will also review the information we provided to the County in Project Initiation <br /> 2013. Performing a detailed review of the current documentation provides our Meeting Agenda <br /> team with a common starting point and a foundation for a complete <br /> understanding of the current status of the communications system. • Introductions <br /> • Clarify roles <br /> Project Initiation Meeting • Review project objectives <br /> and expectations <br /> FE will conduct a project initiation meeting with the County project manager • Review key issues <br /> and other officials from participating agencies as identified by the County on a • Review key milestones <br /> mutually agreed upon date following contract signing. This initial meeting will and schedule <br /> establish a common understanding of the project goals, objectives, and vision, • Review and clarify <br /> items best understood through a close working relationship between our deliverables <br /> respective management teams and staffs. • Plan interviews and <br /> identify interview <br /> Based on the outcome of the meeting, FE will deliver a project plan and participants <br /> timetable that will serve as guiding documents throughout the program. We • Review status reportingmethodologies <br /> will also use this meeting to renew our ongoing relationships. • Determine progress <br /> review meeting schedule <br /> Needs Assessment and Requirements Discovery • Resolve immediate issues <br /> Federal Engineering's requirements discovery methodology places • Build relationships <br /> considerable emphasis on consensus building and accurately determining <br /> the needs of the system owners and system users, both for the county and participating agencies. <br /> Our approach can be summarized as follows: <br /> • Work with the County project manager to identify the participants to be interviewed <br /> • Allow time during the interview session to discuss each agency's issues and requirements as <br /> well as their comments on a new countywide system <br /> • Request agencies categorize their priorities so that commonalities and differences are easily <br /> identified across the agencies <br /> • Define a prioritized set of needs and requirements to highlight stakeholders' 'must-haves' <br /> • Based on the collected needs, explore what resources can be shared among agencies and <br /> what assets can be reused to achieve cost savings for the County. <br /> Stakeholder Interviews <br /> Once FE has reviewed available documentation and any other applicable standards and guidelines, <br /> we will be able to discern gaps in the information as we prepare for the user interview. We will work <br /> with the County project manager to define an assessment questionnaire that will be used during the <br /> interviews.
