Additionally, a resume'stating the background and qualifications of each <br /> individual should be attached. Particular attention shall be given to the individual named as <br /> the project coordinator. <br /> FE has assembled an exceptionally well-qualified team to provide Orange County with <br /> comprehensive technical consulting services in response to the RFP. Our project manager has <br /> experience with Orange County, having worked on the County's Emergency Radio Communication <br /> Tower and System Infrastructure Upgrade Plan project, giving the FE team intimate knowledge of the <br /> radio environment in Orange County. All proposed personnel have worked on projects with similar <br /> scope, and our staff members have, on average, over 20 years of experience in their field of <br /> expertise. <br /> Our proposed project staffing for the Countywide Radio Communications Interoperability and <br /> Systems Engineering Services project is shown in Exhibit 3. The team is composed of our most <br /> senior talent in public safety communication systems technologies. Team member qualification <br /> highlights and project roles are provided in this section.
