Our proposed scope of work is partitioned into the following phases <br /> and tasks: <br /> Phase 1—Needs Assessment and Solution Selection <br /> • Project initiation <br /> • User interviews/ needs assessment <br /> • Analysis of site information <br /> • Interoperability analysis <br /> • Alternatives analysis <br /> • Coverage analyses <br /> • Budgetary estimates <br /> • County selects system option for procurement <br /> Phase 2—Procurement Support <br /> • RFP preparation <br /> • Vendor proposal review and recommendations <br /> • Pre-bid meeting support (optional) <br /> • Vendors' questions responses (optional) <br /> • Attend vendor best and final presentations (optional) <br /> • Contract negotiations support(optional) <br /> Scope of <br /> Task No. • • <br /> Phase 1—Needs Analysis and Alternatives Analysis <br /> Perform Needs Analysis 3.2 <br /> Meet with management personnel and end users of the current <br /> infrastructure to develop a comprehensive needs analysis addressing 5.C.1 3.2.1 <br /> functionality, capability and needs of all current infrastructure users. <br /> A draft needs analysis shall be presented to the end-users for validation in <br /> 5.C.1 3.2.2 <br /> at least two group meetings and then to the committee for final approval. <br /> Gather, analyze, and document operational, functional, and specific <br /> technical information of existing fixed sites and associated equipment for <br /> various emergency service departments that serve Orange County <br /> residents (may be an Orange County-based agency or a department in a 5.C.2 3.2.2 <br /> County adjacent to Orange County that serves/protects geography within <br /> Orange County), or Orange County emergency service departments that <br /> serve residents outside Orange County in order to understand the present <br /> status of our communications capabilities. <br /> Copyright Protected Do Not Duplicate 5 �, <br />
