As required, the addendum <br /> acknowledgment forms are provided in Section 5—Required Forms. With over 32 years of experience, <br /> FE leads the industry in providing public safety radio system consulting services. <br /> FE's proposal is complete and fully compliant with all of the requirements in the RFP as noted herein <br /> and describes, in detail, how we will accomplish the required tasks. FE possesses all permits, licenses, <br /> and professional credentials necessary to perform services as specified in the RFP. In addition, we <br /> unconditionally accept the project specifics, goals, and contractor responsibilities as delineated in this <br /> proposal and hereby express our commitment to work under the directives provided by the designated <br /> County project manager. <br /> Because Orange County is considered a key client, I will be your contact regarding this proposal and <br /> will participate in the negotiation of contractual issues.
