(FE) is Orange County, North Carolina's best choice to fulfill the <br /> requirements defined in the County's RFP#5217 for Countywide Radio Communications <br /> Interoperability and System Engineering Services, as amended and clarified in Orange County's <br /> responses to questions via Addendum 1 dated February 8, 2016 and Addendum 2 dated <br /> February 12, 2016. As required, the addenda acknowledgment forms are included in Section 4 of <br /> FE's technical proposal. With over 32 years of experience, FE leads the industry in providing public <br /> safety radio system consulting services. <br /> FE's proposal is complete and fully compliant with all of the requirements in the RFP as noted herein <br /> and describes, in detail, how we will accomplish the required tasks. FE possesses all permits, <br /> licenses, and professional credentials necessary to perform services as specified in the RFP. In <br /> addition, we unconditionally accept the project specifics, goals, and contractor responsibilities as <br /> delineated in this proposal and hereby express our commitment to work under the directives <br /> provided by the designated County project manager. <br /> Because Orange County is considered a key client, I will be your contact regarding this proposal and <br /> will participate in the negotiation of contractual issues.
