5 <br /> The Building Futures Program provides job training, support, and experience to youth, <br /> while the Adult Worker Services Program provides job training, support, and experience <br /> to adults and dislocated workers. <br /> Emergency Services — Fire Marshal <br /> 8. The Orange County Fire Marshal requests the addition of four (4) permit fees to the <br /> County Fee Schedule for FY 2018-19. These fees are now part of the recently received <br /> revised State's fire inspection codes, which go into effect January 1, 2019. Staff will <br /> monitor any additional revenue realized from these permit fees throughout the fiscal year, <br /> and bring back to the Board of County Commissioners at a future meeting any actual <br /> revenue received. This budget amendment provides for the addition of these permit fees <br /> to the County's Adopted Fee Schedule for FY 2018-19. (See Attachment 4). <br /> SOCIAL JUSTICE IMPACT: There is no Orange County Social Justice Goal impact <br /> applicable to this agenda item. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: Financial impacts are included in the background information above. <br /> This budget amendment provides for the receipt of these additional funds and increases the FY <br /> 2018-19 budget in the General Fund by $136,775, and increases the County Capital Fund by <br /> $15,000. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends the Board approve budget and capital <br /> project ordinance amendments for Fiscal Year 2018-19. <br />
