Monitoring Activities. All files are reviewed periodically throughout the process to insure visible and documented compliance with governing body and HUD program requirements. At completion of project, all files are assembled and submitted for monitoring activities. Current Contracts Terry AshelFirm Foundations is currently contracted with the Town of Cary Department of Housing and Community Revitalization and functions as a 243 k consultant for the Housing and Urban Development Department of the federal government. Terry Ashe and the firm has been previously affiliated with the City of Raleigh and Wake County on a contract basis for housing rehabilitation services.
