At completion of project, <br /> all files are assembled and submitted for monitoring activities. <br /> Current Contracts <br /> Terry AshelFirm Foundations is currently contracted with the Town of Cary <br /> Department of Housing and Community Revitalization and functions as a 243 k <br /> consultant for the Housing and Urban Development Department of the federal <br /> government. <br /> Terry Ashe and the firm has been previously affiliated with the City of <br /> Raleigh and Wake County on a contract basis for housing rehabilitation services. <br />
