After 12 months the rate would be at $1,088.90 per month <br />PLUMBING <br />Materials and labor to connect to pump and haul tanks which includes heat taping and insulating <br />water line. Our plumber Tony Coleman has provided us an estimate of $700.00 to connect and <br />disconnect. Actual cost will be billed on time and material based on tank locations. Disconnect <br />after completion of rental. <br />ELECTRICAL <br /> <br />Materials and labor to for electrical connection from existing maintenance shop to mobile office. <br />Includes trenching, hauling off spoils and backfilling ditch with clean stone.
