Nonprofit Capital Funding Loan Agreement <br />The Board considered voting to approve the Nonprofit Capital Loan Agreement <br />Template for providing loans to Nonprofits for capital projects. <br /> <br />Commissioner Rich said the timeframe indicates that Capital Loan requests are due on <br />November 30, 2018. She asked if any loans will be reviewed this year. <br />Gary Donaldson, Chief Financial Officer, said the timeframe is parallel with the outside <br />agencies process, and existing outside agencies have been given this information. <br />Commissioner Rich asked if there is a deadline for outside agency funding applications. <br />Gary Donaldson said the applications are due by the end of the year, with the award <br />process beginning in January. <br />Commissioner Rich said the loan requests are due to the finance office by November <br />30, and asked if these are due prior to the outside agency funding applications. <br />Gary Donaldson said the organizations should make a capital loan request on letterhead <br />to the County Manager’s office by November 30th <br />Commissioner Rich asked if all entities are aware of this timeline. <br />Gary Donaldson said staff has been advertising it. <br />Commissioner Rich said Club Nova was unaware of this timeline, and she wonders if all <br />organizations are really clear on the process. <br />Gary Donaldson said staff will send an additional follow up email to all the non-profits. <br />
