Provide feedback to Customer on options. <br /> • Verify the operational functionality and features of the Si500 and/or Sr600 supplied by <br /> Motorola Solutions, as contracted. <br /> • If any major task as contractually described fails, repeat that particular task after <br /> Motorola Solutions determines that corrective action has been taken. <br /> • Document all issues that arise during the acceptance tests. <br /> • Document the results of the acceptance tests and present to the Customer for review. <br /> • Resolve any minor task failures before Final System Acceptance. <br /> Customer Responsibilities: <br /> • Witness the functional testing. <br /> Completion Criteria: <br /> • Successful completion of the functional testing. <br /> • Customer approval of the functional testing. <br /> 1.9 FINALIZE <br /> 1.9.1 Resolve Punchlist <br /> Motorola Solutions Responsibilities: <br /> • Work with the Customer to resolve punchlist items, documented during the Acceptance <br /> Testing phase, in order to meet all the criteria for final system acceptance. <br /> Customer Responsibilities: <br /> • Assist Motorola Solutions with resolution of identified punchlist items by providing <br /> support, such as access to the sites, equipment and system, and approval of the <br /> resolved punchlist item(s). <br /> Completion Criteria: <br /> • All punchlist items resolved and approved by the Customer. <br /> 1.9.2 Transition to Service/Project Transition Certificate <br /> Motorola Solutions Responsibilities: <br /> • Review the items necessary for transitioning the project to warranty support and service. <br /> • Provide a Customer Support Plan detailing the warranty and post-warranty <br /> support, if applicable, associated with the Contract equipment. <br /> Customer Responsibilities: <br /> • Participate in the Transition Service/Project Transition Certificate (PTC) process. <br /> Completion Criteria: <br /> • All service information has been delivered and approved by the Customer. <br /> Motorola's quote is based on and subject to the terms and conditions of the valid and executed written contract between Customer and Motorola(the""Underlying <br /> Customer to purchase equipment and/or services or license software(collectively""Products"").If no Underlying Agreement exists between Motorola and Customs <br /> of use and Purchase Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of the Products. <br /> Page 19 <br />
