Proposal <br /> Completion Criteria: <br /> • Project kickoff meeting completed. <br /> • Meeting notes identify the next action items. <br /> 1.4 CONTRACT DESIGN REVIEW <br /> 1.4.1 Review Contract Design <br /> Motorola Solutions Responsibilities: <br /> • Meet with the Customer project team. <br /> • Review the operational requirements and the impact of those requirements on various equipment <br /> configurations. <br /> • Establish a defined baseline for the deployment of cameras and identify any special <br /> product requirements and their impact on implementation. <br /> • Review the Solution Design, Statement of Work, Acceptance Test Plans, and <br /> update the documents accordingly. <br /> • Discuss the proposed Cutover Plan and methods to document a detailed procedure. <br /> • Submit design documents to the Customer for approval, if necessary. <br /> • Provide minimum acceptable performance specifications for Customer provided <br /> hardware, software, LAN,WAN and internet connectivity. <br /> • Establish demarcation point(supplied by the Motorola Solutions system engineer)to <br /> define the connection point between the Customer-supplied equipment and the <br /> Motorola Solutions Software. <br /> Restrictions: <br /> • Motorola Solutions assumes no liability or responsibility for inadequate information. <br /> • Motorola Solutions is not responsible for issues outside of its immediate control. <br /> Customer Responsibilities: <br /> • The Customer's key project team participants attend the meeting. <br /> • Make timely decisions, according to the implementation. <br /> Completion Criteria: <br /> • Complete Design Documentation, which may include updated Solution <br /> Description, Equipment List, system drawings, or other documents applicable <br /> to the project. <br /> • Incorporate any deviations from the proposed system into the contract <br /> documents accordingly. <br /> • A Change Order is executed in accordance with all material changes resulting <br /> from the Design Review to the contract. <br /> 1.4.2 CommandCentral Vault, Store and Manage Modules <br /> Motorola Solutions Responsibilities: <br /> • Conduct an interactive workshop with the Customer designed to provide <br /> understanding of operational needs, workflow, environment, and industry best <br /> practices to including the following: <br /> Motorola's quote is based on and subject to the terms and conditions of the valid and executed written contract between Customer and Motorola(the""Underlying <br /> Customer to purchase equipment and/or services or license software(collectively""Products"").If no Underlying Agreement exists between Motorola and Customs <br /> of use and Purchase Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of the Products. <br /> Page 14 <br />
