The <br /> tasks described herein will be performed by Motorola Solutions, its subcontractors, and the <br /> Customer to implement the solution described in the Description of the scope of work in the <br /> SOW. It describes the actual work involved in installation, identifies the installation standards to <br /> be followed, and clarifies the responsibilities for both Motorola Solutions and Customer during <br /> the project implementation. Specifically, this SOW provides: <br /> • A summary of the phases and tasks to be completed within the project lifecycle. <br /> • A list of the deliverables associated with the project. <br /> • A description of the responsibilities for both Motorola Solutions and Customer. <br /> • The qualifications and assumptions taken into consideration during the development <br /> of this project. <br /> This SOW provides the most current understanding of the work required by both parties to <br /> ensure a successful project implementation. In particular, Motorola Solutions has made <br /> assumptions to be used for the new solution. Should any of the assumptions change, a <br /> revision to the SOW and associated pricing will be required. It is understood that this SOW is a <br /> working document, and that it will be revised as needed to incorporate any changes <br /> associated with contract negotiations, Contract Design Review(CDR), and any other change <br /> orders that may occur during the execution of the project. <br /> Description of the scope of work that is included in SOW: <br /> • Deployment of Si500 and/or Sr600 devices <br /> • CommandCentral Vault Store and Manage Configuration <br /> • CommandCentral Vault Judicial Configuration <br /> • Si500 Video Speaker Microphone and/or Sr600 in-car camera template and programming <br /> • Radio Subscriber Software (RMS) Setup (Android Devices) <br /> • APX Subscriber Configuration for Si500 <br /> • WLAN Access Network Assessment <br /> • Video Backhaul Assessment <br /> • Training Support <br /> • Customer Network Assessment and Recommendations <br /> • Assistance with CommandCentral Vault provisioning <br /> • Si500 and/or Sr600 in-car camera Configuration file creation <br /> • Assistance with Radio Management setup <br /> • Assistance with APX Radio template modifications <br /> • Assistance with Si500 and/or Sr600 in-car camera Provisioning <br /> • Training Support <br /> 1.1.1 Pre-Deployment Questionnaire (PDQ) <br /> Each Digital Evidence Management Solution deployment begins with filling out the Pre- <br /> Deployment Questionnaire (PDQ). The PDQ is provided by Motorola Solutions to the Customer <br /> Motorola's quote is based on and subject to the terms and conditions of the valid and executed written contract between Customer and Motorola(the""Underlying <br /> Customer to purchase equipment and/or services or license software(collectively""Products"").If no Underlying Agreement exists between Motorola and Customs <br /> of use and Purchase Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of the Products. <br /> Page 10 <br />
