If Customer elects a 5-year or greater Term for the DaaS offering, Motorola will provide the <br /> equipment necessary to enable the DaaS. Accessories for the Devices will not be provided and must be <br /> purchased separately, if desired. <br /> 7.4. Content will be downloadable at any time through the administrative interface during the Term of <br /> the Agreement. During the Initial Term, Motorola may provide general assistance as Customer learns to <br /> download or store content. After the Initial Term, additional storage term or assistance with downloading <br /> of content may be available for an additional fee. <br /> 7.5 Wi-Fi Network Requirements <br /> 7.5.1 If any of the below items apply, additional deployment services fees may apply: <br /> • Customer's internet is through county/city IT, strict firewall policies, not able to install software on <br /> PC's <br /> • Customer requires multiple upload locations through different internet providers at each site <br /> • Customer has slow internet (<20MBps or higher for 4k video upload) <br /> • Customer doesn't have Wi-Fi <br /> • Customer doesn't use Google Chrome or uses Google Chrome but has conflicting Chrome <br /> extensions <br /> • Customer requires multiple upload locations <br /> • Customer has multicast disabled on their wireless network <br /> • Customer wants to utilize MAC address filtering <br /> 7.5.2 The following are not supported: <br /> •Wi-Fi AP's do not support 802.11AC <br /> • Customer AP does not support DNS-SD, and/or the Apple Bonjour suite <br /> Subscription Services Agreement v.10.18.18 <br /> 16 <br />
