NORTH CAROLINA <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE <br />LEASE RENEWAL <br />WHEREAS a lease agreement was made and entered into as of the 14'h day of .luly 2000 by and <br />between the County of Orange (COUNTY) and the State of North Carolina (STATE), for space to be <br />used as offices for the Department of Correction, Division of Adult Probation and Parole at t 03 Laurel <br />Avenue, Carrboro, North Carolina; <br />WHEREAS, the County and the State mutually agree to the following <br />1, The lease shall be continued for a period of three years commencing on July 1, 2005 and ending at <br />12:00 midnight on June 30, 2008., <br />2, The STATE shall pay to the COUNTY the sum of $19,010 per annum, which sum shall be paid in <br />equal monthly installments of $1,584.17,. <br />3.
