Work includes the preparation of a revised Park Master Plan, an "open house"/public input meeting, and the <br /> preparation of construction documents for the following: a turn lane on NC 86, entrance drive, 1,220 SF park office building <br /> and related structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services, two picnic shelters, two prefabricated vault toilets, <br /> parking lot, stormwater, utilities, site electrical coordination with Duke Energy, internal sidewalk connections, disc golf course <br /> coordination,planting, seeding, and site amenities.
