Expense Description Amount Staff Salary $3,000 Marketin and advertising expense $750 Materials and Supplies for programs $1,050 Insurance(Liability,Workers Comp, C ber,Abuse and Molestation) $1,g0g TOTAL$6,608 Program Services Outline the critical services(activities)the agency will employ to attain the Anticipated Outcomes below,by June 30,2019. • Expand Community programs to Orange County citizens with disabilities not familiar with The Are. • Funding for these programs will go directly to coordinate and monitor activities that enable people with I/DD to become engaged with the community through the use of community volunteers, spaces and resources. This is consistent with the Chapel Hill, Carrboro and Orange County town goals of Creating a Place for Everyone and Nurturing Our Community. • Meet multiple needs that are priorities for Chapel Hill, Carrboro, and Orange County. Provide educational and family resources for our participants through Cooking, Arc Hoops and TSAN. Teach civic engagement, by working together to create flower arrangements or food creations that are donated to other local nonprofit or governmental agencies. • People with I/DD seen in the community as capable and contributing members of society. This forms positive impressions and mutually beneficial relationships with the community. By educating the business community when there is a job opening or a volunteer opportunity these opportunities are equally extended to someone with a disability as would be their typical peer. Build stronger communities, fosters equality, and diminishes bullying and prejudices. Anticipated Outcomes The Anticipated Results column must include quantifiable results in the form of number of persons/units served within Orange County,only(all Towns and municipalities).If you use percentages,you must also provide the total number of participants within that measure's descri tion or for an earlier oerformance measure.
