Outreach Process <br />Advertising the Outreach Meetings <br />The advertisements requested that citizens attend at least one of the seven township <br />meetings to listen to Staffs ideas regarding changes to the Land Use Element of the <br />Orange County Comprehensive Plan and to offer insight and comments to improve its <br />update process. The planning department used five different medias to advertise for its <br />seven township meetings. <br />1. Newspaper Advertisements (see Appendix A for a sample) <br />2.
