The proposal is inclusive of all design services currently expected <br />to be required for the project. As of this writing, we are currently exploring the extent of approvals from the <br />Town of Chapel Hill existing for the site and the extent of approvals that will be needed to further the <br />project The approvals process will in some degree affect the fees associated with it process. <br />Gurlitz Architectural Group is excited about this project and understands its importance to the <br />community.
