CommunityMeeting <br />Planning staff held a communitymeetingon August 28th at Gravelly Hill Middle Schooland <br />collectedpublic commentson the presented analysis. <br />Advertising for the Community Meeting was done through direct mailing to over 700property <br />owners in and around the planning area. <br />Next Steps <br />x October 17rd –OUTBoardrecommendations to the BOCC on the draft plan. <br />x November 1st –Tentatively scheduledBoard of County Commissioners public hearing on <br />the draft plan. <br />The same presentation and draftwas given to the Planning Board for their review and comment <br />on October 3, 2018. Their comments will be included in the updated draft, as they are submitted <br />to staff, along with OUTBoard comments. Both advisory board recommendations will be <br />collected in October and submitted to Board of County Commissioners during the Public <br />Hearing tentatively scheduled for in November. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT:Thereis no immediate financial impact associated with this item. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S):Staff recommends that the OUTBoardreview and comment on the <br />draft plan. <br />8
