When requested, she said she would email 110 <br />board members the page of links.111 <br />112 <br />Alex Castro requested a calendar that indicates what happens in the planning cycle. Abigaile Pittman said it is 113 <br />difficult to provide a yearly calendar because the MPOs change their schedules and she sometimes only gets two-114 <br />months notice.115 <br />116 <br />Alex Castro said new members of this advisory board could find it confusing because of thejurisdictions of the 117 <br />MPOs, DOT andregions. 118 <br />119 <br />Abigaile Pittman shared the transportation map nowon the Planning Department’s transportation page. One was the Piedmont Improvement Program and the other was the 130 <br />Wilmington Bypass. She read some details about each. 131 <br />132 <br />Tina Love shared that agenda packets would be given to board members electronically unless paper copies were 133 <br />requested. 134 <br />135 <br />Abigaile Pittman shared that Tina Love was replacing Meredith Kern in serving as staff to this board. 136 <br />137 <br />AGENDA ITEM 7A:EFLAND-BUCKHORN-MEBANE ACCESS MANAGEMENT PLAN COMMUNITY MEETING138 <br />(NISH TRIVEDI)139 <br />Nish Trivedi reported that there is a community meeting scheduled for Aug. 28, 4:30 –6:30 p.m. at Gravelly Middle 140 <br />School. Notices had been mailed to those within and immediately adjacent to the study area for this project.141 <br />142 <br />Abigaile Pittman shared a copyof the letter that was sent out. 143 <br />144 <br />AGENDA ITEM 7B:OUTBOARD PSA FOR APPLICANTS (ABIGAILE PITTMAN)145 <br />Abigaile Pittman shared the public service announcement that is intended to help fulfill five upcoming vacancies.
