Seconded by Donna 27 <br />Musson.28 <br />VOTE:UNANIMOUS29 <br />30 <br />AGENDA ITEM 3:CONSIDERATION OF ADDITIONS TO AGENDA31 <br />There wasnone. 32 <br />33 <br />AGENDA ITEM 4:SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS34 <br />There wasnone. 35 <br />36 <br />AGENDA ITEM 5A:OCPTADMINISTRATIVE UPDATES (THEO LETMAN)-37 <br />Theo Letman reported that the department had recently been under compliance reviewwhich also included a federal 38 <br />review. That review noted that Conflict of Interest forms need to be filled out by members of this board. Theo Letman 39 <br />explained that the review include a snapshot of the organization’s statistics for one week. In comparing the snapshot 40 <br />statistics, OCPT is in the middle of its peer group. Theo Letman said there is a problem with rider no-shows and 41 <br />OCPT is working on limiting those. 42 <br />43 <br />Alex Castro asked for the percentage of rider no-shows. Theo Letman said he would get that information to him.44 <br />45 <br />Alex Castro said the total rider no-shows doesn’t seemthat high. Theo Letman said it’s not but when a vehicle is 46 <br />dispatched to Cedar Grove and then a client doesn’t accept the service, that’s a waste of resources.47 <br />48 <br />When asked, Theo Letman said people are supposed to pay on the bus at the time of service butthere isa history of 49 <br />allowing users to be billed later. Theo Letman said that the number of no-shows a person accumulatesis tabulated 50 <br />and could lead to termination of services for that person. 51 <br />52 <br />Alex Castro asked if OCPT has a minivan. Theo Letman answered yes and there is a long-range plan to have more 53 <br />with a plan to use somethinglike an Uber. 54 <br />3
