Efland-Buckhorn-Mebane Access Management Plan <br />Orange County Planning Department Page 8 <br />In 2016, nineteen NCDOT traffic counting stations were located throughout the planning area (FIGURE 6). These <br />stations count vehicular traffic traversing various corridors.
