We will explore briefly explore these links at the meeting. <br /> <br />Format <br />The orientation materials will be available online, on the Transportation section of the <br />Planning Department’s web page. The materials will be included in a large pdf file, with sub- <br />files bookmarked as separate pdfs, and/or links will also be provided to materials that are <br />already provided elsewhere and/or regularly updated by other agencies, such as NCDOT <br />and the MPOs/RPO. In this way, information is uniformly and accurately updated by the <br />responsible agency. <br /> <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no immediate financial impact associated with this item. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): Staff recommends that the OUTBoard discuss as appropriate, <br />and provide input. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />12
